THURSDAY, MAY 29th, 2025:
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Vendor & Sponsor Setup
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Pre-Registration/Check In opens in the Hall of Fame Lot
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM – Car Participants VIP Cocktail Hour (Vespara Resort Hotel “BBQ
Dinner, Beer, and Wine” Tickets are on sale “Online Only”)
- Come meet our Sponsors, JCP Team, Car Builders and more.
- Raffles, Music, Beer & Wine Open Bar, Appetizers and more.
FRIDAY, MAY 30th, 2025:
(City streets are not closed on Friday. Please obey ALL City parking regulations)
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Registration is OPEN
2026 Pre- Registration Drop off section at the booth
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – GOLD CLASS Car picking (Pier Parking Area)
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Beer Garden OPENS
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Live Band
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Sponsors & Vendors Open in Upper & Lower Lots
*9:30am is a MANDATORY meeting for all Sponsors & Vendors.
**Sponsors will meet near main (Beer Garden) in Sponsor Lot
**Vendors will meet at the “Vendor Check in area”
SATURDAY, MAY 31st, 2025:
9:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Vendors & Sponsors open in both lots
9:00 AM – Show and Shine Begins. This is assigned parking for all participants. (Ticket Packages will be MAILED to you by May 1st, 2025).
Please have your vehicles ready to be judged with hoods open.
(All cars marked with a sticker on the headlight will mean YOUR CAR WAS JUDGED!)
Please PARK YOUR CARS in your spaces. You are welcome to go to Registration for Goodie Bags and Pre-Register for 2026.
Please be in your Marked space by 8:45am; no car entry allowed after this time.
Participants that purchase a space: if you are not in your space Saturday, you will LOSE YOUR GRANDFATHERED SPACES!
Vehicles must stay static in their spaces until 4:30pm to ensure public safety. No early departures for vehicles in closed show areas or you will BANNED from future shows.
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Registration is OPEN
10:00 AM – Opening Ceremony w/ Color Guard. (Sponsor Lot/Gold Class)
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Beer gardens open in both Lots.
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Live Band (Sponsor Lot/Gold Class)
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM – Music (Hall of Fame Lot/Upper Lot)
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Charity Auction (Sponsor Lot at Stage)
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM – Live Band (Sponsor Lot/Upper Lot)
Please Note: If you are parked in or around the area of the Annual Cruise you MUST MOVE no later than 4:45 PM; if your cars are not moved by 5 PM, we will have them towed at your expense!
5:15 PM – Staging for cruise begins (Price/ Pomeroy) JCP Crew will be staging you; please make sure Cruise stickers are visible on window placards.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE an ORANGE CRUISE STICKER YOU CAN NOT JOIN THE CRUISE!
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Official Classic at Pismo Beach Cruise begins on Price St & Pomeroy
SUNDAY, JUNE 1st, 2025
9:00 AM – Show and Shine Begins.
Cars in assigned spaces by 8:45 AM.
Park in your assigned parking spaces UNLESS a JCP Crew member has directed you differently.
Please park legally if parking outside of the closed show area and obey all parking signs, meters, etc.
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM – Registration is OPEN
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Vendors & Sponsors open in both lots
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Beer Gardens open in both Lots
9:00 – 11:00 AM – Live Music (Sponsor Lot/Gold Class)
11:00 AM SHARP – Awards Ceremony in the Sponsor Lot/Gold Class. Winners ARE NOT announced until Sunday. Please be present to accept an award.
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Live Music (Sponsor Lot/Gold Class)
3:00 PM – Show ends, See you next year!
Throughout the car show we will be broadcasting interviews with Sponsors, Car participants, Vendors, Merchants, etc.
Don’t forget to sign up for 2026 to assure your spaces.
A month after the show all spaces go live online for sale.
* 2026 show dates are set by the City of Pismo Beach for “May 29th-May 31st”

This event sells out early, so don’t forget to sign up for 2025 at the event to secure the same space again for next year.
